There are plenty of healthy things you can do for your body during pregnancy. It was usually during my pregnancies that I started to explore herbs, homeopathy and other ways of nourishing myself and my baby and stay healthy. I enjoyed using that time to learn new things and explore my options.

Tip 1: GREEN FOODS
One of the biggest reasons that green foods are important is IRON. Anemia is common during pregnancy, but all women can benefit from adding whole-food iron sources to their diet. Some of the best sources of green supplements are Spirulina, Wheatgrass, Floradix, Kale (and other hardy greens) and Chlorophyll. During the second trimester, women are carrying around 40-50% more blood!
